Please note due to capacity limits during Covid-19 restrictions play time may be limited to 2 hours. We are uanble to accept any discounted coupons at this time.  This is temporary during this phase of safe re-opening.   Last entry is 30 minutes before closing time. No entries after this time. Café closes 30 mins before closing time.

Please note SOCKS are required for ALL visitors including all adults, regardless of your level of participation. We are a NO SHOE facility for everyone who visits. This is for the hygiene and safety of all guests. Please note we do NOT recommend Grip Socks as these can cause friction and injury on our slides.  For everyone's comfort & safety  MASKS are required for ALL guests entering our facility. No mask, no entry.

  • Non-walkers/Infants $8  OR  Free with a paid sibling (1 free non-walker per paid child admission)
  • 2 FREE adults per family/group , $5 for each additional adult.
  • Hero Discount  $1 off per child with valid I.D. available every day, year round

Member benefits:

Unlimited open play visits, in & out privileges, birthday party discounts, date night discount every week  and camp discounts. Special VIP member events and activities. V.I.P members will also receive early booking access to special ticketed events.

Membership Terms & Conditions:
The Member agrees to pay set-up fee in addition to the monthly dues, These dues must be paid by an automatic debit or credit card transaction which will be set up at the start of your membership. A non-refundable, one time, set up fee of $10 will be applied to your first payment.  Member agrees to a minimum 3 month membership (3 x monthly dues). Memberships may not be cancelled within the first 3 months.
This membership may be cancelled by providing a 30 day written notice to FUNbelievable Play LLC.  All monthly dues and set up fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. Member agrees not to attempt cancellation of agreement without written notice to FUNbelievable Play LLC
Members must bring membership card and an I.D each visit. Membership may only be used by those listed on this contract. Each child listed will be required to pay a monthly due.  Members may not allow other guests to use their memberships or any subsequent discounts or specials that are exclusive to members.
FUNbelievable members are required to have a valid waiver on file and follow all facility rules and guidelines. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your membership with no monetary reimbursement.

Punch Cards:   

Punch Cards (Pre-Paid visits): Punched once per visit, per child. Max. of 3 discounted punches may be used per day. Visits do not expire.

  • 10 visits $120     ($12 per visit, BEST VALUE!)

Punch cards are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used with a valid I.D.  Please bring your punch card with you for each visit. Lost punch cards cannot be replaced so please keep in a safe place. maximum of 3 discounted punches may be used per day. 

Groups/Schools/Field Trips:

Professional organizations, schools etc planning field trips/camp outings  can enjoy our discounted group rate.  Suitable for groups with at least 10 children attending.  Available Mon-Fri Only (not in conjunction with any other offer). Please call to speak to a manager about your group visit and cost. ALL groups must arrive together for check-in and have a reservation.

We do not offer group discount or group bookings on weekends due to peak play time and busy party schedule. Weekends are first come, first served for open play.
Please note groups visiting with 10 or more children should always pre-book their groups with us prior to arrival to ensure entry and group rate. Group bookings and rates are subject to availability.

* General Payment Information: We accept cash, credit and debit cards. Sorry we do not accept checks.  You must present any coupons you wish to use at the time of check-in otherwise discounts do not apply. Coupons cannot be applied to your visit if the payment transaction has already been completed so please come prepared. All purchases/sales are final, no refunds. No exceptions.
